COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, July 24 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between July 17 and 21 it bought back 315,414 own shares at an average price of € 0.5771, for a total amount of € 182,035.04.
