Milan, 25 July 2017 – Further to the news release on the 2017 Corporate Calendar, published on 30 January 2017, and in accordance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banco BPM announces that, as resolved today by the Board of Directors, the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2017 will be submitted to the approval of the Board during the meeting to be held on 4 August 2017, rather than on the 8 August 2017 as initially indicated.
