MONDO TV: Risolto positivamente per la Società il contenzioso tributario pendente in relazione all'esercizio 2010

La commissione tributaria provinciale di Roma, ha accolto integralmente il ricorso presentato dalla Società avverso i verbali di accertamento relativi all'esercizio 2010

26 luglio 2017 – Mondo TV comunica che la commissione tributaria provinciale di Roma, ha accolto integralmente il ricorso presentato dalla Società avverso i verbali di accertamento relativi all'esercizio 2010 più volte richiamati nelle relazioni finanziarie della Società. Si conclude quindi positivamente per la Società il primo grado di giudizio.

Si rammenta che come spiegato nel paragrafo "Rischi connessi alla posizione fiscale delle società del gruppo", da ultimo anche nella relazione finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2016, nei verbali di accertamento veniva contestata alla società l'omessa dichiarazione di elementi positivi per circa 4 milioni di Euro, sia ai fini IVA che IRAP.

Nelle motivazioni di accoglimento del ricorso, la Commissione tributaria adita ha sostanzialmente confermato la posizione del consiglio di amministrazione della Società che ritenenne l'ipotesi di soccombenza "scarsamente probabile" e quindi di non operare alcun accantonamento nella relazione finanziaria annuale al 31 dicembre 2016 in relazione alla suddetta posizione. Alla luce di quanto precede non si profilano effetti di bilancio diretti dalla sentenza della richiamata commissione tributaria provinciale.

MONDO TV: the tax litigation concerning the 2010 financial year is concluded positively for the company

The provincial tax tribunal of Rome has fully accepted the appeal filed by the company against the assessment notices for the 2010 financial year

26 July 2017 – Mondo TV announced that the provincial tax tribunal in Rome has fully accepted the appeal filed by the Company against the assessment notices for the year 2010 repeatedly referred to in the Company's financial reports. Consequently, the first degree of judgment is positively concluded for the Company.

It is recalled that, as explained in the paragraph "Risks associated with the Group companies' tax position", lastly also in the annual financial report at December 31, 2016, the assessment notices claimed that the Company omitted to declare positive elements for about 4 million of Euro, for both VAT and IRAP purposes.

In the motivations of the judgment, the Tax Commission substantially confirmed the position of the Board of Directors of the Company which, considered that the Company was "scarcely likely" to succumb, and thus resolved not to make any provision in the annual financial report at 31 December 2016 in connection with the above position. In the light of the foregoing, there is no direct financial impact from the judgment of the Provincial Tax Commission on the company's balance sheet.
