The Extraordinary Board of Directors of Tiscali met today and approved the price of the share capital increase deliberated by the Shareholders' Extraordinary Meeting

Cagliari, July 31, 2017

Following the approval of the reserved share capital increase deliberated by the Shareholders' Extraordinary Meeting of Tiscali held on July 28, 2017, the Extraordinary Board of Directors met today in Cagliari and fixed the price of the shares.

The share price was set at Euro 0.0376, equal to the weighted average of the stock price of the last 10 working days, net of the 10% discount, as approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on July 28, 2017.

No. 314,000,000 ordinary shares with the same characteristics as ordinary shares outstanding and with no nominal value will be issued.

Shares will be subscribed and issued within 7 days as of today.

After the completion of the capital increase, the shareholding will be as follows:

ICT	19,32%
ODEF	15,12%
SORU RENATO	9,14%
OCIL	4,54%

The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting will be filed in compliance with the law in force.
