CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 31 luglio 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 24 al 28 luglio n. 159.209 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2576 per un controvalore complessivo di € 200.219,19.

Milan, July 31 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 24 and 28 it bought back 159,209 own shares at an average price of € 1.2576, for a total amount of € 200,219.19.
