31 Luglio 2017. Exprivia - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] informa che si è tenuta in data odierna l'assemblea straordinaria dei soci che ha deliberato l'approvazione del progetto di fusione per incorporazione in Exprivia S.p.A. delle società controllate al 100% Exprivia Digital Financial Solution S.r.l., Exprivia Healthcare IT S.r.l. ed Exprivia Telco & Media S.r.l..
L'operazione, come comunicato a valle della riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione dello scorso 16 giugno u.s. persegue l'obiettivo di cogliere con maggiore rapidità le opportunità tecnologiche e di mercato, a vantaggio dei clienti, attraverso la concentrazione delle attività commerciali ed industriali, in linea con le evoluzioni del mercato dell'Information Technology.
Exprivia S.p.A. con la fusione ha approvato la modifica dello statuto sociale con esclusivo riferimento alla descrizione dell'oggetto .

Exprivia - company listed in the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] informs that today the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting has approved the merger for incorporation project into Exprivia S.p.A. of its 100% controlled companies Exprivia Digital Financial Solution S.r.l., Exprivia Healthcare IT S.r.l. And Exprivia Telco & Media S.r.l ..
The operation, as announced after the Board of Directors' meeting of last June 16, pursues the goal of catching the market and technological opportunities more quickly to the benefit of customers through the concentration of sales and delivery activities, in line with the evolution of the Information Technology market.
At the same time with the merger Exprivia S.p.A. approved the amendment of the Articles of Association with exclusive reference to the description of the company's object.
