TIM and Notorious Pictures: agreement for the distribution of more than 70 titles on TIMVISION

Milan, 3 August 2017

TIM and Notorious Pictures have signed an agreement to offer TIMVISION customers the best of Italian and international cinema. Thanks to this important partnership, the TIMVISION offer is further enriched with 71 films that from next year will be included in subscriptions to TIM's on-demand TV service.

The most recent titles on TIMVISION will include "Sleepless", directed by Baran bo Odar - with Oscar winner Jamie Foxx - and "La verità vi spiego sull'amore", a romantic comedy by Max Croci, produced by Notorious Pictures (in the "Current Second Pay" section), as well as the two French adventure films "Belle & Sebastien" and "Belle and Sebastien - The Adventure Continues", and Martin Zandvliet's "Land of Mine", 2017 Oscar nominee for best foreign film (in the "Library" section).

The agreement confirms TIMVISION's commitment to offering its subscribers a catalogue of increasingly better quality films for the family and the most discerning viewers. The partnership enables Notorious Pictures, a company that produces, acquires and markets film rights, to consolidate a prominent position in the increasingly strategic digital entertainment sector.

TIMVISION, TIM's on demand TV (www.timvision.it), offers subscribers more than 10,000 cartoons, films, TV series and documentaries. TIMVISION is available via unlimited ADSL and Fibre through the TIMVISION decoder to provide an innovative and high quality digital entertainment model delivered directly to any type of home television, transforming it into a platform that can access content made available by both TIM's TV on demand and that available on the web. TIMVISION is also available on smart TVs which have the dedicated application, through the web, and on-the-go on Apple and Android smartphones and tablets and Windows Phone 8\RT through an app that can be downloaded free of charge from the main stores (AppStore, Google Play, Windows Store).

Notorious Pictures, is an independent company founded in July 2012, based in Rome, which produces, acquires and markets full Film Rights through all distribution channels (cinema, home video, pay TV and free TV, new media). Based on the financial information it reports in compliance with IAS/IFRS, in 2016 the Company posted revenues of 23 million euros, an EBITDA margin of 29%, and net profits of 2.8 million euros.
