Capital Increase Accomplished: Subscription Completed and Related Shares Issued

Cagliari, August 7, 2017,

Following the approval of the capital share increase approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders 'Meeting of Tiscali on July 28, 2017 and the Shareholders' Meeting held on 31 July 2017 - which fixed the shares' price the Company communicates that the increase was subscribed for a total of € 11,806,400 by Otkritie Capital International Limited and Powerboom Investment Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of ICT - Investment Construction Technology Group Ltd) for the same amount (€ 5,903,200 and € 157,000 .000 shares each). No. 314,000,000 ordinary shares were issued with the same characteristics as ordinary shares outstanding and with no nominal value.
