COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 7 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between July 31 and August 4 it bought back 284,426 own shares at an average price of € 0.5844, for a total amount of € 166,219.14.
