Verona, 9 August 2017 – Further to the news releases published on 25 July and 4 August 2017, we herewith inform that, in compliance with current regulations, the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2017 of Banco BPM and the auditor's report are available to the public at the Registered office of Banco BPM, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the corporate website of Banco BPM www.bancobpm.it ("Investor Relations – Financials" section), as well as on the website of the authorized central storage mechanism .
