COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, August 14 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between August 7 and 11 it bought back 206,200 own shares at an average price of € 0.5834, for a total amount of € 120,299.42.
