FinecoBank informs that, with written notice sent today to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Stefano Fiorini resigned from his office as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company. The resignation, due to increasing professional commitments, current and prospective, has immediate effect.
According to the rules of law and the provisions set forth in the Company's By-law, Elena Spagnol, who was already an alternate Statutory Auditor drawn from the same minority list, replaces Mr. Fiorini until the next Shareholders' Meeting of FinecoBank.
