Milano, 4 settembre 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 28 agosto all'1 settembre n. 116.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2474 per un controvalore complessivo di € 144.698,20.

Milan, September 4 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 28 and September 1 it bought back 116,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2474, for a total amount of € 144,698.20.
