Rome, 8 September, 2017 – Avio S.p.A. hereby notifies that the Avio S.p.A. Bylaws, filed on 29 August 2017 in the Rome Business Register and registered on 4 September 2017, updated as result from the exercise of Avio S.p.A. Market Warrants for the period from 1 to 16 August 2017, are made available at the Company's head office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati n. 76, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Corporate Governance Section) and on the website of the authorized storage "eMarket STORAGE" ().
