DBRS assigns first-time ratings to Banca Akros

Milan - Verona, 8 September 2017 – DBRS Ratings (DBRS) has assigned first-time ratings to Banca Akros SpA, the corporate and investment banking subsidiary of Banco BPM Group. The ratings assigned to Banca Akros are BBB (low) / R-2 (middle) Issuer Ratings, both with a stable trend, in line with those of the Parent Company. It is also noted that DBRS has assigned a support assessment of SA1 to Banca Akros, in view of its consideration as a core component of Banco BPM's franchise.
