CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 25 settembre 2017 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 18 al 22 settembre n. 182.564 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2901 per un controvalore complessivo di € 235.518,40.

Milan, September 25 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 18 and 22 it bought back 182,564 own shares at an average price of € 1.2901, for a total amount of € 235,518.40.
