Change to the 2017 Corporate Events Calendar

Lodi, 26 September 2017 – Following the press release dated 30 January 2017 on the 2017 Corporate Events Calendar and in compliance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banco BPM announces that, as approved today by the Board of Directors, the additional periodic information as at 30 September 2017 will be submitted for approval to the Board meeting to be held on 9 November 2017, and not in the meeting originally scheduled for 10 November 2017.
