COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 2 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between September 25 and 29 it bought back 439,905 own shares at an average price of € 0.6355, for a total amount of € 279,560.20.
