Rinnovata l'intesa per la vendita in Russia a Oh Plus Media LLC per la trasmissione di alcuni prodotti Mondo TV sul canale satellitare ANI Channel, tra cui Sissi la giovane imperatrice

Si conferma di nuovo l'interesse sul mercato russo per i prodotti del gruppo Mondo TV

6 ottobre 2017 – Facendo seguito al comunicato stampa del 5 settembre 2016, Mondo TV annuncia di aver raggiunto un'intesa per l'estensione temporale della licenza concessa nel 2016 alla società Oh Plus Media LLC, avente sede a Mosca. Con il nuovo accordo Mondo TV estende per un ulteriore periodo di un anno la concessione alla licenziataria dei diritti di trasmissione Pay TV di alcuni programmi prodotti dalla Mondo TV, tra cui in particolare Sissi, la Giovane imperatrice.

Oh Plus Media LLC è un importante operatore nell'area russofona nel settore entertainment, in particolare attraverso l'offerta di contenuti televisivi a pagamento sul canale denominato ANI Channel, dedicato ai programmi di animazione, sul quale saranno trasmessi anche i prodotti della Mondo TV oggetto della licenza.

La licenza, che prevede un corrispettivo di licenza fisso in sé non particolarmente significativo, è importante in quanto conferma ancora una volta l'interesse suscitato da prodotti del gruppo Mondo TV sul mercato russo e consente l'esposizione di Sissi per un anno a supporto del licensing nell'area.

The deal for sale in Russia to Oh Plus Media LLC for the broadcast of some Mondo TV products on the ANI Channel satellite channel, including Sissi the young Empress, has been renewed

The interest in the Russian market for the products of the Mondo TV group is confirmed again

October 6, 2017 - Following the press release of September 5, 2016, Mondo TV announces that it has reached an agreement on the extension of the license granted in 2016 to Oh Plus Media LLC, based in Moscow. With the new agreement Mondo TV extends for a further one-year period the granting of the pay TV rights of certain programs produced by Mondo TV, among which in particular Sissi, the young empress.

Oh Plus Media LLC is a major player in the Russian entertainment industry, acting as supplier of pay-TV content on the channel called ANI Channel, dedicated to animation programs, on which will the products of Mondo TV object of the license will be also broadcast.

The license, which provides for a license fee not particular significant per se, is important as it once again confirms the interest generated by Mondo TV's products on the Russian market and allows Sissi's exposure for one year to support its licensing in the area.

Mondo TV, listed in the Star segment of Borsa Italiana, has its registered office in Rome and is a Group made up of four companies; the Group is a leader in Italy and among the primary European operators in the production and distribution of television series and cartoon films for TV and the cinema, and is active in the related sectors (audiovisual and musical distribution, licensing, media, publishing and merchandising).
