COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 9 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 2 and 6 it bought back 420,780 own shares at an average price of € 0.6372, for a total amount of € 268,115.19.
