FINANCIAL REPORT

for 9 months 2022 and for Q3 2022 ended September 30, 2022

The main highlights of the Q3 2022 results from continuing operations are:

Group level:

• · Revenue increased by 18.9% up to EUR 385.1 million and RGU's reached 21.1 million, from 17.4 million in Q3 2021;
• · Consolidated EBITDAaL[1] was EUR 107.1 million in Q3 2022, at 28% EBITDAaL[1] margin;

Romania:

· Mobile users reached 4.7 million, an increase of 16.9% in comparison to Q3 2021. Fixed internet and data users grew by 11.5% to a total of 4.1 million;

Spain:

· The number of mobile users increased by 29.3% up to 3.6 million. Fixed internet and data customers in the year ending Q3 2022 reached a total of 746 thousand users;
