COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 16 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 9 and 13 it bought back 207,827 own shares at an average price of € 0.6218, for a total amount of € 129,225.58.
