MONDO TV: Aggiornamento Calendario Eventi Societari – Fissata la data per la riunione del CdA per l'approvazione del nuovo business plan 2018-2022

23 ottobre 2017 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che, alla luce delle recenti operazioni ed evoluzioni del business, in data 30 novembre 2017 si terrà la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione chiamata a deliberare per l'approvazione del nuovo business plan 2018-2022.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni del Calendario Eventi Societari saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

MONDO TV: Calendar of Corporate Events - Update – The date for the approval of the new business plan 2018-2022 by BoD has been set up

23 October 2017 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informed that, in the light of the recent transactions and business developments, the meeting of the Board of Directors called to resolve upon the new business plan 2018-2022 will be held on 30 November 2017.

Possible further changes to the Calendar of Corporate Events will be timely communicated as applicable.
