COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 23 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 16 and 20 it bought back 287,564 own shares at an average price of € 0.6085, for a total amount of € 174,970.55.
