COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, October 30 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 23 and 27 it bought back 275,848 own shares at an average price of € 0.5978, for a total amount of € 164,911.44.
