COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 6 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between October 30 and November 3 it bought back 237,921 own shares at an average price of € 0.6072, for a total amount of € 144,458.35.
