York diventa partner dei progetti Final Fight e Naraka con un investimento di 3,9 milioni di usd nelle serie coprodotte da Mondo TV

10 novembre 2017 – Mondo TV annuncia di aver sottoscritto un nuovo significativo accordo con il gruppo cinese Henan York, già partner del gruppo.

L'accordo prevede l'ingresso del gruppo York nei progetti relativi alle due serie animate Final Fight e Naraka, con un investimento per York pari a 1.950 mila usd per ciascuna serie, per un totale complessivo pari quindi a 3,9 milioni di usd, che saranno pagati in 18 mesi a partire da gennaio 2018.

A fronte di tale investimento il gruppo York avrà una quota dei ricavi licensing e merchandising mondiali derivanti dallo sfruttamento delle due serie.

Final Fight è una serie animata composta da 26 episodi di 22 minuti ciascuno, mentre Naraka è composta da 52 episodi da 11 minuti ciascuno; le due properties sono destinate prioritariamente al mercato cinese ed asiatico peril lancio anche nei settori del merchandising, del toy e del game su mobile, e la produzione esecutiva è affidata alla società di Taiwan Nada Holdings; entrambi i progetti saranno completati entro il 31 dicembre 2018.

La nuova intesa segna un nuovo passo importante nello sviluppo di questi due progetti molto rilevanti nella strategia di espansione in Asia del gruppo Mondo TV con la creazione per la prima volta di due progetti con una forte vocazione commerciale al fine di sfruttare al meglio le grandi opportunità in termini di fatturato che possono venire da tale area.

York becomes a partner of Final Fight and Naraka projects with a US \$ 3.9 million investment in co-produced series by Mondo TV

10 November 2017 – Mondo TV announces that it has signed a new significant agreement with the Chinese group Henan York, already a partner of the group.

The deal includes the entry of the York group into the two Final Fight and Naraka series of projects, with a York investment of 1,950,000 US dollars for each series, totaling a total of US \$ 3.9 million, which will be paid in 18 months from January 2018.

With this investment, the York Group will have a share of licensing revenues and worldwide merchandising deriving from the exploitation of the two series.

Final Fight is an animated series composed of 26 episodes of 22 minutes each, while Naraka is composed of 52 episodes of 11 minutes each; the two properties are primarily targeted at the Chinese and Asian market by launching also in the fields of merchandising, toy and mobile game, and executive production is entrusted to Taiwan's Nada Holdings Company; both projects will be completed by December 31, 2018.

The new agreement marks a new important step in the development of these two very important projects in the expansion strategy in Asia of the Mondo TV group with the creation for the first time of two projects with a strong commercial vocation in order to make the most of the great opportunities in terms of revenue that may come from that area.
