Update on the execution of the buy-back programme

With reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on 5 May 2015, 28 April 2016 and 27 April 2017, and launched on 14 September 2015, Sabaf S.p.A. informs that in the period between 6 November 2017 and 10 November 2017 acquired no. 1,144 treasury shares at an average unit price of € 20.000 per share, for a total amount of € 22,880.00.
