COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 20 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 13 and 17 it bought back 291,837 own shares at an average price of € 0.5517, for a total amount of € 161,004.85.
