COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, November 27 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 20 and 24 it bought back 298,132 own shares at an average price of € 0.5490, for a total amount of € 163,669.13.
