Gruppo Mondo TV: concluso accordo con Wal-cor su Heidi per l'Italia

Contratto concluso dalla controllata Mondo TV Iberoamerica per la produzione di diversi articoli delle categorie c.d. food e confectionary col brand di Heidi

28 novembre 2017 – Mondo TV comunica che Wal-cor Corsanini di Carlo Santini & C snc, una delle aziende leader in Italia nel settore c.d food e confectionary, ha acquistato da Mondo TV Iberoamerica una licenza per i territori di Italia, Vaticano e San Marino per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie TV live Heidi per la realizzazione e commercializzazione di diversi articoli dolciari per il Natale e la Pasqua.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand nel corso per il Natale 2018, la Pasqua e il Natale 2019 e la Pasqua 2020; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito di Euro 80.000 e di royalties da parte di Wal-cor a favore di Mondo TV Iberoamerica per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

Questo nuovo contratto segna un nuovo importante passo nello sviluppo della property collegata con Heidi in Italia.

Mondo TV Group: agreement executed with Wal-cor for Heidi in Italy

Agreement entered into by the subsidiary Mondo TV Iberoamerica for different products food and confectionary under the brand Heidi, bienvenida

28 November 2017 – Mondo TV announces that Wal-cor Corsanini of Carlo Santini & C snc, one of the leading companies in the food and confectionary sector in Italy, purchased from Mondo TV Iberoamerica a license for the territories of Italy, Vatican and San Marino for the exploitation of licensing and merchandising rights of the live TV series Heidi for the production and marketing of various Christmas and Easter sweets.

The license includes the exploitation of the brand in the course for Christmas 2018, Easter and Christmas 2019 and Easter 2020; the agreement provides for the payment of a minimum guaranteed of Euro 80,000 and royalties by Wal-cor in favor of Mondo TV Iberoamerica for sales exceeding the amount of said minimum guaranteed.

This new contract marks a new important step in the development in Italy of the property associated with Heidi.
