COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, December 4 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between November 27 and December 1 it bought back 231,789 own shares at an average price of € 0.5715, for a total amount of € 132,472.41.
