Mondo TV: concluso accordo con Panini su Robot Trains per Italia e penisola iberica

Si conferma il successo di Robot Trains, la serie attualmente in onda dal lunedì al venerdì su Dea Junior con ottimi risultati in termini di audience

Il progetto Robot Train proseguirà il proprio sviluppo nei prossimi anni con la nuova serie attualmente in corso di produzione da parte del gruppo Mondo Tv con importanti ricavi attesi per il gruppo

6 dicembre 2017 – Mondo TV comunica che Panini S.p.A., leader mondiale nel settore stickers e trading cards, ha acquistato da Mondo TV S.p.A. una licenza per i territori di Italia, Spagna, Portogallo e Andorra per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie TV Robot Trains, per la realizzazione e commercializzazione di diversi articoli collezionabili e di prodotti publishing.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand nelle lingue locali con il lancio nel corso del 2018; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito e di royalties da parte di Panini a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

Matteo Corradi, amministratore delegato della Mondo Tv S.p.A., ha dichiarato: "Robot Trains è un prodotto dal quale ci aspettiamo ottimi risultati e siamo convinti che avrà un grande sviluppo licensing nei prossimi anni, anche grazie alla seconda serie attualmente in produzione. Le potenzialità del brand sono del resto confermate dal fatto che anche Panini, leader assoluto nel suo settore, sia salito a bordo di questo progetto."

Mondo TV Group: agreement executed with Panini on Robot Trains for Italy and the Iberian Peninsula

The agreement confirms the success of Robot Trains, the series currently on air from Monday to Friday on Dea Junior with excellent results in terms of audience

The Robot Train project will continue its development in the coming years, also thanks to the new series currently being produced by the Mondo TV group, with significant revenues expected for the group

6 December 2017 – Mondo TV announces that Panini S.p.A., world leader in the field of stickers and trading cards, has purchased from Mondo TV S.p.A. a license for the territories of Italy, Spain, Portugal and Andorra for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the TV series Robot Trains for the creation and marketing of various collectables and publishing products.

The license provides for the exploitation of the brand in local languages with the launch in 2018; the agreement provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum and royalties by Panini in favor of Mondo TV for sales exceeding the guaranteed minimum amount.
