Financial calendar 2018

Sabaf S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors is expected to meet on the following days during 2018:

• February 13th approval of 2017 fourth quarter interim report
• March 26th approval of 2017 draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• May 15th approval of 2018 first quarter interim report
• August 2nd approval of 2018 half year report
• November 13th approval of 2018 third quarter interim report.

The annual general meeting will be called on 8 May 2018 to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2017.

Sabaf's management will meet the financial community during the conferences organized by Borsa Italiana for STAR companies in Milan (on 27 and 28 March) and in London in the week of October 22nd.

On February 13th, May 15th, August 2nd and November 13th at 3.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
