Vendita immobile Cina

Cavriago (Reggio Emilia), 27 dicembre 2017

Landi Renzo S.p.A. annuncia che ha ricevuto l'intero pagamento relativo alla cessione dell'immobile di proprietà in Cina a Pechino. La vendita definitiva sarà perfezionata nel corso del mese di gennaio 2018.

L'importo incassato per la futura cessione dell'asset è pari a 35 milioni di renminbi corrispondenti a circa 4,5 milioni di euro ai cambi attuali. L'immobile ha un valore in bilancio pari a circa 1,3 milioni di euro per cui la plusvalenza prevista che risulterà, al lordo delle tasse, sarà pari a circa 3,2 milioni di euro.

Cristiano Musi Amministratore Delegato del Gruppo Landi ha dichiarato: "La vendita dell'immobile in Cina rappresenta un altro tassello considerevole nell'esecuzione del piano strategico annunciato al mercato lo scorso settembre. La dismissione degli asset non core è infatti un pilastro importante del piano stesso. E questa operazione, insieme alla cessione di Eighteen Sound di inizio dicembre, ne rappresenta un ulteriore avanzamento positivo. Ciò ci permette quindi di rafforzare ulteriormente l'equilibrio finanziario del Gruppo e di concentrare i nostri sforzi sulle altre azioni previste nel piano. In particolare potremo accelerare l'efficientamento della gamma prodotti esistente sul segmento passenger car e lo sviluppo di componenti e sistemi dedicati sul segmento M&HD e Off-Road"

China building disposal

Cavriago (Reggio Emilia), December 27, 2017

Landi Renzo S.p.A, announces that received the full payment for the sale of the building owned in China, Beijing. The closing of sale will be finalized during the month of January 2018.

The amount collected for the future sale of the asset is equal to 35 million renminbi equal to approximately 4.5 million euro (nowdays currency exchange rate). The property has a value in the balance sheet of approximately € 1.3 million: the expected capital gain will be approximately € 3.2 million (not including taxation).

The disposal of non-core assets is in fact an important pillar of the plan itself. And this transaction, together with the sale of Eighteen Sound at the beginning of December, is another positive mark of its advancement. In addition this allows us to further strengthen the Group's financial situation and to focus our efforts on the other actions envisaged in the plan. In particular, we will be able to accelerate the efficiency of the existing product range in the passenger car segment and the development of dedicated components and systems on the M & HD and Off-Road segment.
