CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 2 gennaio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso noto lo scorso 28 aprile, comunica di aver acquistato dal 27 al 29 dicembre 2017 n. 49.230 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1671 per un controvalore complessivo di € 57.455,65.

Milan, January 2 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 27 and 29 2017 it bought back 49,230 own shares at an average price of € 1.1671, for a total amount of € 57,455.65.
