COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, January 8 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between January 2 and 5 it bought back 164,495 own shares at an average price of € 0.5848, for a total amount of € 96,199.38.
