Mondo TV: concluso accordo con Ravensburger su Robot Trains per l'Italia

Prosegue rapidamente lo sviluppo di Robot Trains nel settore del licensing

15 gennaio 2018 – Mondo TV comunica che Ravensburger S.r.l., società italiana leader nel proprio settore con sede a Milano, ha acquistato da Mondo TV S.p.A. una licenza per il territorio di Italia, San Marino e Vaticano per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie TV Robot Trains per la produzione di puzzle 2D e 3D e memory.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand per due anni con decorrenza dal mese di gennaio 2018; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito e di royalties da parte di Ravensburger a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

L'accordo conferma il rapido sviluppo che la property Robot Trains sta avendo nel settore licensing e merchandising da cui è possibile quindi attendersi importanti ritorni di royalties per la Mondo TV.

Mondo TV: executed the agreement with Ravensburger on Robot Trains for Italy

The licensing plans of Robot Trains grow quickly

15 January 2018 – Mondo TV announces that Ravensburger S.r.l., a leading Italian company in its sector based in Milano, has purchased from Mondo TV S.p.A. a license for the territory of Italy, San Marino and Vatican City for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the TV series Robot Trains for the production of Puzzle 2d, 3d and memory.

The license provides for the exploitation of the brand for two years starting from January 2018; the agreement provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum and royalties by Ravensburger in favor of Mondo TV for sales exceeding the guaranteed minimum amount.

The agreement confirms the quick development which the property Robot Trains is having in the licensing and merchandising from which it is possible to expect important returns in terms of royalties for Mondo TV.
