Matteo Corradi: "Si profila un grande successo per Robot Trains"

15 gennaio 2018 – Mondo TV comunica che Gedis S.r.l., società italiana leader nel proprio settore con sede a Milano, ha acquistato da Mondo TV S.p.A. una licenza per il territorio di Francia e Spagna per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie TV Robot Trains per la produzione di articoli della categoria cosiddetta "flowpack" 3D.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand per due anni con decorrenza dal mese di gennaio 2018; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito e di royalties da parte di Gedis a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

Mondo TV: executed the agreement with Gedis S.r.l. on Robot Trains for Spain and France

Matteo Corradi: "Robot Trains tends to become a great success"

15 January 2018 – Mondo TV announces that Gedis S.r.l., a leading Italian company in its sector based in Milan, has purchased from Mondo TV S.p.A. a license for the territory of Spain and France for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the TV series Robot Trains for the production of articles of category 3D flowpack.

The license provides for the exploitation of the brand for two years starting from January 2018; the agreement provides for the payment of a guaranteed minimum and royalties by Gedis in favor of Mondo TV for sales exceeding the guaranteed minimum amount.
