CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 15 gennaio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dall'8 al 12 gennaio n. 135.000 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,2217 per un controvalore complessivo di € 164.923,20.

Milan, January 15 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 8 and 12 it bought back 135,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.2217, for a total amount of € 164,923.20.
