COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, January 15 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between January 8 and 12 it bought back 145,526 own shares at an average price of € 0.5897, for a total amount of € 85,809.90.
