COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, January 22 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between January 15 and 19 it bought back 99,090 own shares at an average price of € 0.5803, for a total amount of € 57,504.83.
