Verona, 23 January 2018 - In compliance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and following the news release issued on 30 January 2017, Banco BPM S.p.A. herewith announces the 2018 corporate events calendar, as specified below:

The Board of Directors, pursuant to art. 43.1 of the Articles of Association, has designated the town of Milan as the venue for the Annual General Meeting.
