Si rende noto che, in data odierna, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.landirenzogroup.com, sezione Investors – debito e credit rating) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato www.emarketstorage.com il verbale dell'Assemblea degli Obbligazionisti del prestito "LANDI RENZO 6,10% 2015-2022" codice ISIN IT0005107237 tenutasi il 29 dicembre 2107.
