FINCANTIERI: APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR 2018

Trieste, January 25, 2018 – The Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A., convened today under the chairmanship of Giampiero Massolo, has approved the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2018 as follows:

March 22, 2018:	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Consolidated financial statements and draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2017
May 7, 2018:	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first quarter of 2018
May 11, 2018:	Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2017
July 26, 2018:	Board of Directors meeting for the Half-year financial report at June 30, 2018
November 8, 2018:	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first nine months of 2018

The conference calls related to the approval of the interim financial results and the interim financial information will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.

The calendar of corporate events for 2018 is available online at www.fincantieri.com.

The market will be promptly notified of any amendments to the above calendar.
