COFIDE: BUYBACK OF SHARES

Milan, January 29 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti S.p.A. announces that between January 22 and 26 it bought back 143,125 own shares at an average price of € 0.5909, for a total amount of € 84,577.93.
