MONDO TV: emessa la quarta tranche per un totale di 12 bond convertibili per un controvalore di Euro 3.000.000 relativi all'accordo di investimento con ATLAS annunciato lo scorso 18 luglio 2016, in cui Intermonte SIM ha agito come Arranger

5 febbraio 2018 – Si comunica che in data odierna è stata emessa la quarta tranche di bond di cui al contratto concluso tra la Mondo TV S.p.A. e Atlas Alpha Yield Fund e Atlas Capital Markets di cui ai comunicati emessi in data 18 luglio 2016 e 5 gennaio 2018.

Si rammenta che la quarta tranche ha ad oggetto 12 Bond, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 3.000.000.

A seguito di apposita designazione ai sensi degli accordi contrattuali, si precisa che il sottoscrittore della quarta tranche dei bond è il fondo Atlas Special Opportunities, anch'esso facente parte del gruppo Atlas Capital Markets ("ACM"). ACM è una società di investimento pionieristica operante a livello globale che ha come scopo principale quello di essere un partner per la crescita e per la creazione di soluzioni. MONDO TV: the fourth tranche for 12 convertible bonds with a principal amount of Euro 3,000,000 were issued under the investment agreement with Atlas announced on last 18 July 2016. Intermonte SIM acted as Arranger

5 February 2018 – Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today the fourth tranche of bonds were issued under the agreement entered into with Atlas Alpha Yield Fund and Atlas Capital Markets and referenced to in the press releases dated 18 July 2016 and 5 January 2018.

The fourth tranche relates to 12 convertible bonds for a principal amount of Euro 3,000,000.

Pursuant to a specific designation made under the subscription agreement, the subscriber of the second and third tranches of the bonds is Atlas Special Opportunities, fund managed by the Atlas Capital Markets ("ACM"). ACM is a pioneering investment firm with global reach which first purpose is to be a growth enhancing partner and problem solver. Founded by Mustapha Raddi in 2012 and co-managed with Charles Ofori. ACM takes pride in the relationship fostered with each portfolio company and the added value we bring in expertise and strategic introductions in addition to our invested capital.
