FINECOBANK PRESS RELEASE 2017 RESULTS - RECTIFICATION

With regards to the English version of FinecoBank 2017 results press release, published on February 6th , 2018, FinecoBank informs that the proposed dividend is equal to 28.5 €/cent (instead of 28.5€ as erroneously communicated), as correctly indicated in the Italian version of "FinecoBank 2017 Results" press release and in the "Other Resolutions" press release published later on in the same date.

RETTIFICA SU COMUNICATO STAMPA RISULTATI FINECO 2017 - VERSIONE INGLESE

In relazione al comunicato stampa in lingua inglese relativo ai risultati finanziari 2017, pubblicato in data 6 febbraio 2018, FinecoBank precisa che il dividendo proposto è pari a 28,5 €/cent (anziché 28,5€ come erroneamente comunicato) e come correttamente indicato nel comunicato in lingua italiana relativo ai risultati 2017 e nel comunicato stampa in lingua italiana e in lingua inglese relativo ad Altre Delibere pubblicato nella medesima data.
