MONDO TV: Aggiornamento Calendario Eventi Societari – Fissata la data per la riunione del CdA per l'approvazione dei dati preliminari consolidati al 31.12.2017

9 febbraio 2018 - Mondo TV S.p.A., società quotata al segmento Star di Borsa Italiana, comunica che in data 1 marzo 2018 si terrà il Consiglio di Amministrazione previsto per l'approvazione dei dati preliminari della capogruppo al 31 dicembre 2017.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni del Calendario Eventi Societari saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

MONDO TV: Calendar of Corporate Events - Update – The date has been set up for the BoD meeting for the approval of the consolidated preliminary results as of 31 December 2017

9 February 2018 - Mondo TV, listed on Star segment of Borsa Italiana, hereby communicates that on 1 March 2018, the Board of Directors will meet to approve the preliminary results of the holding company as of 31 December 2017.

Further possible changes to the above Calendar will be timely communicated.
