CIR: ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 12 febbraio 2018 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A., nell'ambito della delega approvata dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti e in esecuzione di quanto reso in data 28 aprile 2017, comunica di aver acquistato dal 5 al 9 febbraio n. 345.911 azioni proprie al prezzo medio di € 1,1149 per un controvalore complessivo di € 385.660,35.

Milan, February 12 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 5 and 9 it bought back 345,911 own shares at an average price of € 1.1149, for a total amount of € 385,660.35.
